Jamie and Tim saved me over $2,500!!! The grill at out B&B went out, replacement heating elements are no longer available and a new grill the same size would cost $3,000. Tim and Jamie were able to fabricate two elements to match the unique design. As a small business owner and a Nuclear Engineer, I appreciate industrialists like Tim and Jamie being able to fabricate special order parts in an age of “if it breaks throw it out and get a new one.” Since they earned a free stay at our B&B, I am hoping to serve them our sourdough pancakes on my restored grill made possible by their skill and craftsmanship!!

If every of our suppliers was so patient, friendly and willing to help, then our life would be so much easier. I would have given you 10 stars if I could. I can honestly recommend the company to anyone, however all credit goes to Jamie. He is a guy full of stamina and positive attitude – never in bad mood and always giving 110% to make sure you get what you want. (even if he’s dealing with someone who has no clue what they need – like myself). He saved me hours of research, so I could focus on what I’m good at 🙂 Thanks a lot Jamie.
